Graduate Trainee Agronomist

You will be responsible for providing growers with technical and crop production recommendations tailored around the customers' needs and supporting them at every stage of the crop production process. As well as offering guidance on agricultural legislation, you will provide a full field walking service and deliver solutions in order to achieve optimum yield and quality, while meeting the correct specifications for end markets.

Delivering results with integrity and building relationships with Frontier's growers is an integral part of an agronomist's role. This exciting challenge will encourage you to become a complete crop production expert as well as acting as a representative of Frontier, offering a broad range of services essential to successful crop production.
Training:

Graduate trainees will participate in the Frontier commercial development programme in their first year. This includes classroom and field based modules to develop your understanding of the business.
Graduates can also take part in development such as BASIS and FACTS accreditation where this is relevant to the role.
